Keluak Curry, One more Serani Favorite Dish

For those who knows how it taste, I bet you will be controlling your drool when looking at the picture....I know I did...
Since we are on the Eurasian dishes, another typical Serani dish, catching up with most Malaysian and Singaporean is the Keluak Curry. My wife just can't take it, so I would have to go on my own on this one. It will also be a test on my 4 girls, which of them has more of my taste buds than their mum's....
For this I've been reading about a place in Bandar Hilir, Melaka. I'll try out a few places next month and report back.
For those food shifu's that is familiar and don't mind sharing, please speak out...

Is it Devil Curry or Debal Curry...??? Who cares...

I don't know about you, but I am just counting the days I can have all these again....
I been encouraging my wife to practice making the Devil curry so when I get back I can try it out.
but her question to me is, how is the actual taste of the Devil Curry, since we only know the taste from my mum's cooking.??? So for this, we will have to go back to the source, as a typical Eurasian, we will have to travel to Ujung Pasir Malacca or Melaka and test it out there. I been reading online and marked a few places to visit, Papa Joe's, 88 Restaurant and a few other Eurasian & Nonya restaurant before we can conclude.
So, again for those almighty wise ones, please share your taste buds with the rest of us so we too can enjoy some of the delights in life....
