Fish Head Curry / Kari Kepala Ikan

Kari kepala ikan,I have not seen outside of Malaysia, not too sure about in India or some place else, but people laugh when I tell them about the fantastic taste of the meat from the fish head.
I love the one from Stadium Merdeka, I don't think you'll need a GPS coordinates to get there, and also the one in Restaurant Kampung Pandan. Most of the other famous one are like: Kari Kepala Ikan Cheras, it used to be located just after the old Cheras Police station or the Jaya Jusco heading to Cheras, just as you pass the police station you will find a train track across the road, it will be just there, under a few big trees....There are some other "wannabes" but the few main one are as mentioned above...so especially on a Saturday or Sunday, when we can have a nap after lunch, a good lunch would be a Kari Kepala Ikan with family or friends......

The Best Chicken Rice

I like the chicken rice sold in the afternoon food court in Island Glades, but my wife swears on the New Ipoh Chicken Rice Restaurant in Jalan Gasing, located close to the SFX Church, opposite the EPF PJ building. I have heard from some people, that there is another great place in Ipoh, Restauran Lou Wong Tauge Ayam Kue Tiau at 49, Jalan Yau Tet Shin, Ipoh, which I hope to visit on my next trip back to Malaysia. There are a few styles, how the chicken is prepared, the roasted one or the boiled one. I as usual will have both and don't mind both, unlike my wife, who prefers the roasted one. So if there are more secrets out there, please share it

Nasi Dalca or Dhalca....who cares about the spelling......

Nasi Dalca Kassim Mustafa....OMG...OMG....Location 12 Lebuh Chulia Georgetown, Penang...Problem is you have to be there after midnight....then only you'll get the best one...and only from this branch of Kassim Mustafa....not the others...I've tried the one in KL, Doraisamy road....tak boleh challenge lah...Try it with either the chicken or the excellent mutton curry and don't forget the coconut chutney....

especially after some drinks, the taste is OUT OF THIS WORLD... 

Can anyone tell us another spot where we can get it better than this shop, please do so right now....

The Best Nasi Lemak....

Nasi Lemak...another dish that has blended into most of us Malaysian Life. Good Nasi Lemak is at Chow Kit after dark, 7pm till 4 or 5am...Excellent choice.
One secret location is at the small Market in Pandan Jaya, husband and wife, only Malay having a stall inside the food court, * must be quick, before 9.30am lauk habis.
